The harvest season for the glass eel (Anguilla Rostrata) will start in the state of Maine in the U.S.A. in the month of March 2007. This harvest is usually quite small, only several hundred kilograms. We at Northeast Eel & Elver Co. may be entitled to secure some of this for very interested clients. |

At this time we should be in the position to accept and guarantee orders for Anguilla Rostrata glass eels. |

There are about 4800-5300 pieces (glass eels) per kilogram depending on time of season ordered.
